Shipping & Delivery
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Time
For instock items, shipment will usually be made by the next business day.
For out of stock items, shipments usually average 1 to 3 weeks.
We ship from multiple locations depending on stock levels. So your order may be shipped on different days and have different delivery times. We do our best to ship from the fastest location. - Damage
If a product was damaged in shipping. You must determine upon receipt by inspection and the damage must be noted on the carrier's copy of the manifest.
Returns & Replacements
- General
All returns/replacements require an RMA and comply with the following policies. We do not accept returns/replacements on custom or special order products. We do not give cash refunds, we will credit your account. We do not accept returns/replacements after 30 days. Product must be shipped in the original packing and in the same condition it was received. To receive an RMA, please Contact Us with your order number and relevant information.
Defective Product/Shipping Error
Any product found to have been shipped in error or have a defect will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
Exchanges & Returns
There will be a 30% restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping costs.
